Shipping policy

All orders for the Netherlands placed on a working day are normally delivered the next working day. However, during busy periods it may take a little longer. No orders are delivered on Sundays. Orders placed during the weekend are processed and shipped on Mondays.

Please note that delays due to circumstances at postal companies are beyond our control. However, we do everything we can to ensure a fast delivery!

For orders outside the Netherlands, a delivery time of up to 5 working days applies.
